Licenses & Support
Veridis sells Perpetual licenses and Annual Licenses:
- A Veridis Perpetual License entitles the customer to use the designated FileCrypt application indefinitely, including one year access to all Upgrades or Updates subsequently released.
- A Veridis Annual License entitles the customer to use the designated FileCrypt application during one year, plus receive all Upgrades and Updates to the licensed application during this period; Annual license must be renewed annually.
- A Veridis Maintenance Plan entitles a customer with a Perpetual License to continue to receive Software Upgrades and Software Updates during the term of one year.
All customers are entitled to receive any maintenance releases for a given product for which they hold a valid license.
